Does the water taste like metal?

What's the difference between the 33cl and 50cl formats?

It's the same water, from the same spring, in the same infinitely recyclable aluminum can. The only difference is the volume. The 33cl is perfect for carrying with you — bag, backpack, event. The 50cl is your everyday format — home, office, after training. Half a liter, just right, so you're never left wanting more.

What's the minimum order?

There's no fixed minimum. We work with everything from single boxes for a small office to full pallets for a hotel or a chain. Tell us your consumption and we'll suggest the format that fits best.

How does volume pricing work?

The price you see on the website is for private customers. For businesses we work with volume pricing: the larger the order and the more stable the turnover, the better the price. We'll send you a proposal with invoice, shipping and payment terms.

Does the can keep the water cold?

Yes, and much better than plastic. Aluminum is an excellent thermal conductor: it cools down faster in the fridge and stays cold longer outside of it. 20 minutes in the fridge and it's perfect.

Can you deliver on a fixed schedule?

Yes. We can arrange recurring deliveries based on your turnover and adjust them whenever it changes. We settle this when preparing the quote.

What if I receive dented cans?

Write to us at somos@aguanea.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace them at no cost and no questions asked.

Do you deliver across Europe?

Yes, to Spain and the rest of Europe. Delivery time and shipping cost depend on the destination and volume, and are detailed in the quote.
